SIZE:  approx. 8" dia.

MATERIALS: 
   1 ball (350 yds.) DMC Traditions
   (a Size 10 Crochet Cotton) Art.145
   in Ecru
   #7 Steel Crochet Hook

TECHNIQUE:
1.  Starting 2 dc Cluster: 
ch 3 (= dc), holding last lp on hook for each, work one more dc in
    
designated place, yo & through all lps on hook
2.  2 dc Cluster:  holding last lp on hook for each, work 2 dc in designated place, yo & through
    
all lps on hook

INSTRUCTIONS:
Rnd 1:  Right Side facing:  Ch 4.  Starting 2 dc cluster in 4th ch from hook, (ch 3-2 dc cluster)
           7
times in 4th ch from hook, ch 3.  Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 2:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3
          
sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 3:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 5, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next
          
ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 4:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 3-sc in next ch 5 sp-ch 3,
          
cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of
          
starting cluster.
Rnd 5:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 9, cluster-ch 3-cluster in ch 3
          
sp between clusters, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 6:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *(cluster-ch 3) 3 times-cluster in
          
next ch 9 sp, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl
          
st in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 7:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 5, sk ch 3 sp, cluster-
           ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of starting
          
cluster.
Rnd 8:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 3-sc in next ch 5 sp-ch 3,
          
cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of
          
starting cluster.
Rnd 9:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *(ch 3-sc in next ch 3 sp) twice,
          
ch 3, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top
          
of starting cluster.
Rnd 10:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 5-sk ch 3 sp-sc in next ch 3
           
sp-ch 5, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in
           
top of starting cluster.
Rnd 11:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 9, cluster-ch 3-cluster in
           
next ch 3 sp, repeat from *around.  Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 12:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 5, sl st -ch 5-sl st in 5th ch
           
of next ch 9 sp, ch 5, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around. 
            Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.

Rnd 13:  Sl st in ch3 sp, starting cluster-ch 3-cluster in sp, *ch 7, sk ch 5 sp, sl st in next ch
           
5 sp, ch 7, cluster-ch 3-cluster in next ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st
           
in top of starting cluster.
Rnd 14:  Sl st in ch 3 sp, starting cluster-ch 4-sl st in 4th ch from hook-cluster in sp, *(ch
           
5-sc in next ch 7 sp) twice, ch 5, cluster-ch 4-sl st in 4th ch from hook-cluster in
            next
ch 3 sp, repeat from * around.  Join with sl st in top of starting cluster.  End off.
